Introducing Monick Yards — a visionary venue for elevated weddings and corporate events. Situated in the up-and-coming downtown area of 8th and railroad, this transformative industrial venue is characterized by it’s original wood features, large warehouse windows and soaring ceilings. The sweeping 12,000 sqft of space is divided into two large gathering areas — the Grand Hall and the Reception Hall.

With minimal yet intentional design, Monick Yards complements any event. Boasting classic and original industrial accents coupled with top of the line finishes and modern fixtures, the venue serves as a blank canvas for weddings and social events.

Monick Yards consists of two sprawling spaces, the Grand Hall and the Reception Hall which are connected by a corridor.
All bookings include both spaces on Fridays-Sundays. The spaces may be rented individually on Mondays-Thursdays.
For weddings, we have a 350 person capacity.
If booking the Grand Hall only (permitted Mondays-Thursdays) our capacity is up to 200 seated with tables or up to 350 seated with chairs only or standing.
If booking the Reception Hall only (permitted Mondays-Thursdays) our capacity is up to 350 seated with tables or up to 400 seated with chairs only or standing.
We offer a full-service bar from the mixologists of Treasury, Carpenter Bar, and Highball along with exclusive catering partners and preferred vendors. Learn more here.
